You can cancel a pending loan application with us at any time, as long as it hasn't been funded to your bank account yet. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to do this:

If you've already had an application approved and funded, you can still cancel (or 'withdraw from') your loan agreement within 14 days from the date you signed it. The easiest way to do this is by emailing or phoning us, but you can also send a cancellation request by post.

If you decide to cancel your loan agreement, you don't need to tell us why. However, you'll need to repay the loan amount that we provided to you within 30 days, along with any interest that's been charged. We'll only charge interest for the period that you actually had the loan for. We'll let you know how much this is once we've received your cancellation request.

Your loan agreement has more information on your rights to cancel and how this will reflect on your credit file. It also has details on the interest that we'll charge for the period you have the loan, and how you can repay it, if you do decide to cancel.
