Our main trading address is 34 The Mall, High Street, Bromley, BR1 1TS, England.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under registration number 674154.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR VISITS TO OUR SITE

We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

We will use the information provided to us, namely from your application and publicly available information, in order to contact you throughout the loan process, including but not limited to underwriting, collections and promotions.

TRANSACTIONS CONCLUDED THROUGH OUR SITE

Contracts for the supply of financial services formed through our Site or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions.

You agree to provide us with all relevant proof of identification that we reasonably request, including proof of identity and proof of nominated bank current account and associated debit card. We may place a £0.00 charge on the debit card(s) linked to your account in the following circumstances: (i) prior to you entering into an agreement with us; (ii) prior to an instalment becoming due; or (iii) upon debit card details being updated on the account.

CHARGES

We charge fees as follows:-

Late Payment charges: (i) In the event that your repayment is not received within three days from the due date: £15.00; (ii) interest on all payments which are overdue at the rate of 0.79% per day subject to the total amount of interest payable under this agreement not exceeding 100% of the amount of credit provided, including interest, fees and charges; and (iii) in the event that we issue court proceedings against you for the amount that you owe, we may also recover from you any costs or fees incurred in relation to the court proceedings.

DEBT MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMES, INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENTS & BANKRUPTCY

In the event that you are in a DMP, IVA or are currently bankrupt we may decline your application to us for any financial services or products that we offer on our Site.

In the event that you enter into a DMP or IVA, or are made bankrupt, after you enter into an agreement with us, you must notify us immediately.

VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
